Holly Renfrew

Holly, while a relative newcomer to the Pacific Northwest having moved
here from Greenwich, Connecticut in 2005, has enthusiastically become
an active member of our community. Holly lives in Poulsbo with her
partner, Ken (who you will see helping out at many Bainbridge Chorale
events), and three crazy little dogs. Having been a Montessori teacher
for 20 years in New York and Connecticut she went back to school in
2009 and currently is a medical assistant at a small practice in
Bremerton.  She is an avid gardener, enjoys traveling, and is an
active member of her church community where she has been a group
leader, Diocesan Delegate, and co-chairs the grounds committee.

Holly grew up singing in various church and school choirs, as well as
performing in marching and concert bands. After taking a twenty five
year leave from music, she began singing with the choir at Christ
Church Greenwich in 2000, and has never looked back. While with Christ
Church she had the wonderful opportunity to be a member of the summer
guest choirs at Wells and Chester Cathedrals in England. Holly is
currently completing her fifth season with the Bainbridge Chorale, is
thrilled with its transformation under Michael Miller’s direction, and
eagerly looks forward to many great seasons to come!
