How you can help
We invite you to share in our vision – to promote musical growth and education for our members and audiences and to expand the appreciation of the choral arts. Music is a shared language and choral music more than any other art form unites us in expressing the human spirit.
In addition to presenting two or three major concerts each season, we participate in the musical life of the community in various other ways:
- We support choral education for children through the Olympic Girls’ Choir.
- We host a sing-along presentation of “Messiah” where the public is invited to join their voices with Chorale singers and the Messiah Festival Orchestra in an informal setting.
- In collaboration with Ovation Musical Theatre we host a community caroling event in downtown Winslow every December.
Ticket sales cover less than half of the actual cost of producing our season of concerts, public events and youth choir programs; we rely on contributions to make up the difference. Now, more than ever, in this time of uncertainty about funding for the arts, we look to our generous supporters to help us enrich the life of our community with fine choral music. Your gift will allow us to continue to do that.
Thank you for supporting the Bainbridge Chorale, located on Bainbridge Island. We are registered with Washington State’s Charities Program as required by law. Additional information is available by calling 800-332-4483 or visiting www.sos.wa.gov/charities
Your donation in any amount is greatly appreciated!
