Revisit the classics at the Summer Sings, a series of three open-to-the-public choral reading sessions on Monday evenings this summer.
Longing to read through some of your favorite traditional choral repertoire? Join other like-minded singers from the Bainbridge Chorale, local church and community choirs, and anyone else who would like to sing along or just listen, to sing classic choral works by Mozart, Vivaldi, Schubert and Rutter.
Bainbridge Chorale Artistic Director Michael Austin Miller will lead us, as we have fun polishing up the rough spots and re-creating glorious music.
Monday, July 30 – Mozart’s Requiem
Monday, August 6 – Vivaldi’s Gloria and Schubert’s Mass in G
Monday, August 13 – John Rutter’s Requiem and a sneak peek at some of the Chorale’s upcoming holiday concert repertoire
All sessions are at Grace Episcopal Church, 8595 NE Day Road, Bainbridge Island, 7 pm
$10 at the door, cash or checks only, please
